Not if you continue to take in calories that match or are slightly less than calories burned. If you go back to eating more than you burn you will gain weight. We have an in depth vid on 'How to Get Lean & Ripped Fast' that you may find helpful (don't let the title sway you that's our SEO guy looking at search data).
Is it likely that individuals will regain the weight they lose once they stop taking it? I've incorporated a healthy diet with taking the supplements with the hopes of making a healthy lifestyle change, but I wonder if when I stop taking the supplements will that even matter?
Garden of Life makes some good probiotic supplements, the Primal Defense and Raw Probiotics are good, also Empyrean Nutrition Vector is a good one w/ vitamin D. Hope this helps.
Are you allergic to whey? If not we would recommend using a good whey as it has many positive effects beyond just its strong amino acid profile (anti carcinogenic, anti-viral, immune enhancing, etc...). If you are allergic egg and casein are very good sources of protein.
Like most things in the body skin and complexion are controlled by many variables. The first and best thing you can do is have a nutrient dense diet. Now many believe issues in the GI tract (poor gut flora etc...) can manifest w/ skin appearance. Therefore a good probiotic can be beneficial in addition to the aforementioned dietary habits. Hope this helps.
From what we understand there are more underway, so far it has been shown to be effective for those who have insulin sensitivity issues (type 2 diabetes etc..), however we do not think it will be shown to help healthy athletes who are close to their BF goals.
Was wondering if you guys got anymore research on this or other fat burning products? Generally if they stop researching then they probably sold you a lie
The chlorogenic acid % should be disclosed on the label if you bought an efficaciously dosed one. The HCG diet is not healthy or sustainable and should be avoided, we have a vid on it if you are interested.
I have been taking this product for a week, mine is 800mg, but it does not indicate that chlorogenic acid is in it, all it has in it is vegetable cellose. It did not come with a diet plan eihter, does the green coffee mimick the HCG diet eating 500 calories a day, I am so confused, please help.
