I want to try Green Coffee Bean extract for weight loss but I know that it needs to be pure with no binders or fillers. How can I tell if it is? Any brand recommendations?

I had the same question. There are so many out there, and I think some are scams. I am most put off by the ones that show Dr Oz , as if he said their product was the best. Those are the ones I remove immediately. Dr Oz says himself that he does no endorse any product, so you know they are a scam if they say he recommends theirs. I Tried Green Coffee Ultra. I liked that they have a choice of 400mg or 800mg. And they seemed more honest. The people on the phone also gave me some good diet tips, and there was a money back guarantee. And it did work for me. I lost 8 pounds the first month. I have lots more to go, but it has been good so far.

Arabica beans you can buy almost everywhere and the coffee tastes fantastic.


I like to experiment with different flavours every so often so I head to my nearest coffee retailer and go from there.

He says that there are only two tested Green Coffee Bean extract manufacturers that were legit but he doesnt tell you which ones. He says to make sure the pills say svetol or gca on the bottle, atleast 45% of chlorogenic acid, and no fillers, binders, or artificial ingredients. Well it just so happens that there are tons of manufacturers that list this criteria on the bottle. Which manufacturer is ok? And how many miligrams of this to take daily? On his website it says 800mg twice a day and another part of his website it says 400mg 3 times a day.

Dr. Oz does not ever recommend a particular brand. You have to decide for yourself which one you want to try based upon your own common sense and knowledge. Check here.
