Does Green Coffee Bean extract really work?

Question by Joe: Does Green Coffee Bean extract really work?
I want to know if anyone has any experience with green Coffee Bean Extract & weight loss experience. I've been trying so hard to loos weight & like most it's just like chasing my tail getting no where.
Please I'm not asking for anyone to tell me to watch my calorie or carb intake.
BTW, I've tried saffron Extract as apparently it supposed to curb your cravings, which I can tell you at least from my experience it did nothing but set me back $ 30.00 so before I go potentially buying this product, i just wanted to know if any has their own personal testimonials.
Please, i know diet & exercise is what we all need to loose weight so if that's your answer then just move on cz m specific question is about this.

There have been some small studies indicating it may indeed help you lose weight faster than if you go it alone. Nothing really eliminates the need to eat healthier and move more, but it can be helpful. Just like medicines, nothing works for everybody all the time. I'm petite and it's so hard to lose weight that 2 lbs a month is about it. With the green coffee extract I'm getting 4 lbs a month so that's a double. I also have blood sugar issues so this helps that too.

Unfortunately there is so much hype about Green Coffee Bean that there's a lot of garbage product out there. I did my homework and chose Pure Health's Green Coffee Bean extract because it has been tested to deliver 45% chlorogenic acid (that's the ingredient in the coffee bean that helps with weight loss) and Dr. Lindsey, the nutritionist who was on Dr. Oz talking about Green Coffee Bean, recommends that brand. It's also less expensive than most. I have personally noticed it does seem to help.

  1. It’s being heralded as a revolutionary new weight-loss product that can melt pounds without the need for diet or exercise.

Although it clearly sounds too good to be true, Green Coffee Bean extract is flying off shelves at natural food stores and is in high demand online.

“It’s among the top sellers right now,” said Stacey-Anne Bistak, who works at Noah’s Natural Foods in Toronto. “We’ve had a steady run on it.”
