Question by SR: Where can I buy green (unroasted) coffee beans in the Dallas, TX area?
I don't want to buy off the internet... I'm looking for a retail location that sells unroasted coffee beans.

    Here is a roasting company in Addison, TX
    that roasts locally.
    They may be able to sell unroasted coffee beans.

    I'm not from there, but I'd suggest a local international market. Especially an Ethiopian store, because they roast coffee beans as part of a cultural coffee ceremony!
