  1. I have been taking ultimate Green Coffee Bean with svetol, controlling what amount I eat and excercising. I have been on it for 5 weeks now. I have lost 12lbs,. and 1 1?2 inches around my waste. I will keep going. I have no jitters, no side affects. I recommend it highly.

whey protein would have no effect on green coffee so you could use them together if you wish to. Hope this helps.

  4. I want to try Green Coffee Bean Extract. but I'm a little worried about taking because it will be my first time taking a natural substance. does this extract effect the side effects that come with Whey Protein? I drink whey protein after every workout, and I workout for an hour a day six days week. I just need to know I won't buy something that will make me ill.

  5. Hey,

I'm not lean, back to 275lbs after getting down to 240lbs using STRICT diet & exercise (incl. lots of jogging)
I just have to look at food, or even think about it and I put on weight. Will be introducing exercise too.

TBH, I keep thinking "Have I bought an inferior product even though it says it has the recommended contents 45%+ Chlorogenic Acid & Svetol?"
Returning it to the US from across the pond isn't really an option.

Will see how a month goes - will let you know.

No because they are inaccurate in determining body fat as the criteria is effected by variables such as how much water you are holding etc... which has nothing to do w/ BF and varies. 4 weeks would be a large enough sample size. Also keep in mind the population this has been effective in are those that have in issue w/ controlling blood sugar so if you are relatively lean to start its not for you.

  7. Thanks for the reply guys...as I said I understand the fat scales aren't a good guide, but even if they aren't accurate for the measurement, isn't the increase or decrease still a valid indicator of fluctuation.
So how long do you think I need to take for the "sample size" to be big enough?
    4 weeks, 8 Weeks, 12 weeks ?
p.s. I was bloated if anything and clothes were getting tighter.

The body fat scales are useless so don't even use it even for a baseline. Pictures and measurements are more telling. Also 2 weeks is too small of a sample size. Keep at it and be sure to stay on top of your caloric intake. Good luck.

  10. To be fair I've been eating everything & and anything, with NO exercise whilst taking the pills.
I have decided to up my dosage to 800mg in conjunction with eating a more sensible diet and introducing some light exercise.
Will let you know my findings after a couple of weeks.
    Fingers crossed.

  11. .....I went for "Kleissinger Labs Green Coffee Bean Extract 400mg 60 Caps with Svetol" as shown in this video.
I've been taking 400mg twice a day 30 mins before meals (morning & Evening)
I've NOT seen any weight loss at all,if anything I've gained 2lbs in the last 2 weeks and seen my Fat % increase by 2% going by Body Fat Scales, not the most accurate I know but still shows an increase.....

  12. HI Guys,
I saw the Dr Oz video out of chance. While looking around I came across your video.
Couldn't find GCBE as you advised in the UK, 45+ Chlorogenic Acid & Svetol.
I had family on holiday in the US so ordered from your website while they were there to bring back to the UK.....

  13. I am currently living in New Zealand and honestly, the whey here is no different than the whey that you get in the US, if you are living there. Some 'natural' whey protein powders that we get here are really expensive, some almost costing $80 NZD for 2lbs. NZ whey is nothing special, only the fact that companies here advertise NZ dairy to be superior to others in terms of quality.

Yes unfortunately there are some charlatans out there that use buzz words like 'fillers' to demonize a benign substance such as magnesium stearate which is a lubricant used when filling caps, its completely harmless as all of the evidence has demonstrated it to be safe. It is best to take before meals as the mechanism is such that you are looking to blunt the effect on your blood sugar levels. If you are only eating say 2 large carbohydrate containing meals then taking it only 2x/day is fine.

No the half life of chlorogenic acid is relatively short. Hope this helps

  18. It does thanks so much! I was warily eyeballing all my supplements with fillers. :O
One more question if I may ask. The labels on green coffee bean extract usually say to take with a meal, twice a day. However Dr. Oz said to take it 30 minutes before a meal 3 times a day. How do you suggest taking it? I want to get started right away, but I want to do it right! Thanks again for responding. :)

Yes and yes. The notion of no fillers is a marketing term to the point that the company of the guy originally on Dr. Oz had to fix their label to include the capsule ingredient (per a call from us telling them about their error). Hope this helps.

  22. Hi, I need some clarification please. Am I correct in understanding that Svetol is just a brand name for Green Coffee Bean extract and that is all it is...Green Coffee Bean extract? So, for instance if a capsule has 400 mg of Green Coffee Bean extract and 45% chlorogenic acid, is that what you want in the pill? If it is from a reputable company (like you) is this all the ingredients needed? Also, Dr. Oz said there should be no fillers, but don't all pills have fillers? Thank you.

we are not familiar w/ this specif product, we are aware of the New Zealand whey raw material. We are not aware of any special benefits to New Zealand whey over other CFM whey isolates. The no hormone argument does not matter since the fat is filtered out and the hormones are fat soluble. Hope this helps.

  24. Great video as always guys.

Not sure if you've touched on Diesel Protein powder? And if their so claimed New Zealand whey has been proven? And the fact they say sweetened with stevia when a lot of controversy is surrounding this...
Are companies allowed to lie about the Label regarding new zealand or not? And IS there any real benefits to new zealand whey? As the same bGH hormones would be in most milks as well?

    Long question, thanks
