Coffee bean extract cannot help if you do not exercise and have a healthy diet, but in combination with those, it does help. Read here.

I just started taking it today, and of course no weight loss. But about 25 minutes after I took them-( 2) 400mg capsules, I had a rush of warmth. Not like a hot flash, and not like niacin.
ReplyDeleteI may blog my experience, though I am changing my eating habits to a lower carb diet, lots of veggies...but if you're planning on trying it, after I get the blog set up, I'll send you the link. There really does seem to be something about green coffee. Maybe its a chemical that inhibits other vegetation or animals from eating the beans-hard to get nutrition from the bean if your body cant convert it to fuel-but of all the diet stuff out there this one has be actually using it. The research seems-seems-real. We'll see...
