What are some realisitic ways for a single mom to lose weight?

Question by Rachel: What are some realisitic ways for a single mom to lose weight?
I am a 25 year old woman, I will admit, very sedentary, and honestly, addicted to full flavored pop, namely Mountain Dew. I need some help with some honest, realistic ways to lose weight. Fast, easy, healthy meals would help, and does anyone know a way to wean yourself off of the sugar and caffeine in pop? I hate coffee, so that isn't an option. Any help would be appreciated!!

    Once that is done, dump him cause MILFs are hot and you will now be out of his league

    learn to cook and stop guzzling sugary drinks. Just stop buying the stuff. Not rocket science, is it?

    For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

  5. Whats up, Rachel I’ll try to help.. they say If you want to lose weight fast you need to get eating guides Personally I’ve used a lot of different guides. The current one I am using is fatloss4idiots. You won’t lose 30 Pounds in a week but its Great ;)
