I am a 25 year old woman, I will admit, very sedentary, and honestly, addicted to full flavored pop, namely Mountain Dew. I need some help with some honest, realistic ways to lose weight. Fast, easy, healthy meals would help, and does anyone know a way to wean yourself off of the sugar and caffeine in pop? I hate coffee, so that isn't an option. Any help would be appreciated!!

Losing 10 lbs a month is a good and safe target. Any faster weight loss is likely to be temporary only and in most cases you regain it all.
