Not exactly sure. The best way is to steam them very thoroughly. I usually put mine in a medium sized sauce pan and add about 1/2 a cup of water to the bottom, put a lid on and let it steam for about a half an hour, depending on how cold the beans were (frozen, fresh, refrigerated...) just keep an eye on them every once in a while, but not too often other wise it'll take longer because you're letting all the steam out...

I have been breastfeeding her until today when my doctor told me to breast feed & formula feed. She eats a ounce every 2-3 hours! Is the bean looking things in her diaper normal?

I don't think so. You should call the doctor on call. Make sure it's not blood which sometimes looks like coffee grounds. I'm not a doctor but they are very nice when you call they understand you are a new mom we call a lot in the first year. It can't hurt, the baby is so tiny, go ahead and call.

For me I would say broccoli and coffee. I watched my grandparents drink coffee on a hot summer morning and thought "you people are insane!". Now I do it.

I am planting tomatoes, peppers, onions, green beans, and peas. I also have a herb garden and strawberry patch.
Normally half way though the summer when everything is growing fabulously, bugs appear and destroy all my hard work!
Any body have any advice, I am located in the midwest thanks

try putting slug repelent or insect repelent down? it kills all bugs.
