1. Rightway Nutrition 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract with Svetol
2. USPlabs™ OxyELITE Pro® Super Thermogenic™
Do either work? Which one works better?
Can you take them at the same time?
Im looking for help to lose weight after a baby (not breastfeeding), along with exercise and eating healthy. I have spoken to a few people that prefer one or the other. I'm searching for more opinions.

Eating healthy and exercise is all you need to lose weight. Not some magic pill. Diet pills don't work anyways even if they could burn fat away (most just rid your body of water retention), you'd just gain it back as soon as you stop taking them.

Do they work? Little to no effect. Caffeine has been shown to cause a small spike in your metabolism. But you can just drink a cup of tea and save yourself some your money. Caffeine in high doses can lead to heart complications and death. In current events, there has been linked to several deaths with high use of energy drinks.
ReplyDeleteOxyElite has many health risks and minimal to no effect. I believe the military used to use it on recruits if they were overweight, but then some of them developed health complications and so they stopped using it.
I would advise you to stick with diet and exercise. It's thoroughly proven to be the way to lose weight as you might know. Speak with a dietitian or physician if you are experiencing difficulties with this and DO NOT reply on OTC medications.
