Hi, guys. I first thank everyone who answers my question for spending your time.
I am a Japanese F-! visa student who legally staying in the U.S as a college student. I have been a good friend of a president of a small trading company who deals with coffee beans. Now that Starbucks is growing in both China and Japan, my friend sees it's a big business chance. Fortunately I am a Japanese who was born in China and therefore I am also a multilingual. In addition, my both parents works for companies which are strongly related to Japanese and Chinese trading system. He extremely wants me to work for his company and in order for that he is telling me that he will sponsor a green card for me.
In my personal opinion, it is very difficult for a small business (employers<100 people) to sponsor a green card for a foreigner, and such an action will upset USCIS; as a result, possibly I may not be issued with F-! Visa again. Above all, I am thinking of refusal.
I will speak to my counselor at my college about the matter, but somehow I feel that they do not have a clear answer for this either. Could any experts give me your advice?

you need a degree first ..and it will cost him up to $ 10K to get you a visa
the job must be one requiring a degree and he must advertise for an american first
a green card would be many years down the line
