Green coffee is supposed to aid weight loss in its organic and unroasted form. How can it be had if it isn't roasted?
When had completly raw it tastes too acidic and bitter, basically undrinkable. Is there a special way of roasting it that makes it drinkable while still effectively preserving its weight loss inducing properties?

You're right. If you roast them, you lose the supposed weight loss benefits.
It's the chlorogenic acid that researchers say inhibits the absorption of sugar in the body.
All the sites I've seen selling it are either selling it in capsule form to take like a pill, or are selling a blend of Green Coffee Beans mixed with roasted beans.
