I would like something to assist my weight loss and speed the results up. I have been cutting down on a lot of junk food and calories lately. Oh, i'm 16. So really not that younger than 18.
I have a membership to the gym buy it's under my sisters name and she goes when i'm busy. So I didn't even mention that I went to the gym since I haven't went this week. I was unaware I would get an answer about the gym to a yes or no question. I'm looking to mainly burn off some extra pounds, not gain muscle.

I would think the only stigma would be that it stunts your growth, which is a false stigma. You'll keep growing. I personally don't like seeing kids with energy drinks because there's no reason a teenager should need more energy. If you're doing to stimulate digestion, there are other ways to do that if you worried about the caffeine. A cup of yogurt in the morning is one of the best.
