I just had my baby 3 months ago and have belly fat. I was wondering if the Green Coffee Bean extract will help me lose that? Thank you in advance for answering my question.

The first study that was done on green coffee extract was done on a tiny sample size paid for by the manufactures of the green coffee extract. It showed amazing results. Later studies with a larger pool of people showed that there was little to no benefit from taking the extract.
So i would say no...

A couple of studies done indicate it may help. Note it isn't a magic pill but it seems to help. I've been using it for some time and I'm losing weight faster than I usually do. Note I'm still watching my diet but I'm not crazy strict about it.
ReplyDeleteThe big deal if you're going to try it is to get something that is pure and has been standardized to supply at least 45% chlorogenic acid, which is the ingredient in it that works. There is a lot of junk product out there.
I use Genesis Today's Green Coffee Bean extract because it was the first one out, plus Dr. Lindsey, the doctor who talked about it on Dr. Oz owns the company. It's also been independently tested for potency.
