Is their certain types of foods that I should cut back entirely or can I just minimize how much of it I eat (like ice cream for example). I know fast food is a no no. How about chocolate once a week? Or coffee? Etc? Im not really knowledgable as to what I should eat and what I should avoid, and not only that, but how much I can eat of certain types of foods.

Stay away from fast food - you're definitely right! Also, you want to AVOID whole milk (especially cheese), red meat, butter, potatoes, sugar, and anything overprocessed - such as white bread. Eat lots of whole foods - like fruits, vegetables, legumes (nuts and beans), multi-grain bread, fish, egg whites, chicken breast, etc. My favorite SUPERFOODS (foods that help gain muscle and lose fat) - beans, broccoli, blueberries, chicken, oats, oranges, pumpkin, pomegranate, salmon, soy, spinach, tea (green or black), tomatoes, and walnuts. Try to keep your coffee and diet soda consumption down to two or less a day. If you find yourself craving chocolate - dark chocolate is your best option. Hope this helps!
