Tips on how to lose 30 pounds in 2 months?

Question by smart girl: Tips on how to lose 30 pounds in 2 months?
My ballet company is doing Sleeping Beauty, and I was cast as the White Cat. However, the costume mistress said I need to lose weight, and my mother has been insisting on it since August (I was Arabian in the Nutcracker; thus why she was so insistent). I'm 17 years old, 4'11.5", and weigh 135 lbs, although much of that comes from the muscles in my thighs since I'm a jumper. However, I would like to reach 105 lbs before show (April 6th) and I figure the best time frame to get the weight off is in two months. I dance 5 days a week for a grand total of 11-15 hours a week depending on rehearsal, and I've decided to cut out carbs and sugar for a few weeks. I'm also taking a Green Coffee Bean extract pill as a dietary supplement. Any other tips or ideas?
