I recently got the Pure Green Coffee Bean pills to help lost weight. On the directions it says to take two pills 30 minutes before a meal. I was just wondering how important it is to take exactly 30 minutes before? Is it okay if you take it right before eating, or will it not have the same effect?

The exact time doesn't matter, they say 30 minutes so the ingredients in the pill will be absorbed. If you take any 'medicine' when there is a lot of food in your tum it is absorbed more slowly, so some effect can be lost.
