What do I have to do? I don't drink soda just coffee and water or tea if I eat not so healthy it is really small portions so what am I doing wrong? I want to be 107-110...

It's good that you don't drink soda. You could try being more active? Try a brisk daily walk for example, yoga/pilates 1 + times week - great to tone your body. You could try getting a gym membership also. Go for organic food when you can. Avoid artificial colors & sweeteners, white flour.
Eating smaller portions more often; rather than larger portions less often. Snack on healthier foods; like nuts, nonfat yogurt, whole grain crackers with tuna/low-fat salad dressing or cheese, healthy cereals, fruits, berries, veggies and hummus. Always eat a healthy breakfast - packed with fiber and protein.
