This is tricky, since many states do not allow "home roasting" equipment as they put out chemicals. I own a coffee roasting business so I can tell you this with a high level of expertise.
You need to check with both your state and county laws before you buy anything. It would really suck for you to pay out a couple of grand and then get a ticket for air pollution! Also, you may have to pay sales tax on internet sales depending on what state you are in. You also need a business licence to sell anything.
If you get the go ahead, then get a small drum roaster, it really tastes so much better than air roasters (you may as well use a popcorn popper!) The drum roasters are around $ 1,000.00. We recommend the Euroroast. But there are a lot out there. Don't go with cheap ones, as they will fry after several batches. Home roasters will only roast about 8 oz at a time. It is pain, and very, very messy. The clean up for any roaster is about 30 minutes after each batch (due to the sticky chaff). If you don't clean it out, you will get a fire (which your homeowners insurance will not cover, and if you rent, you risk a law suite if you don't have written permission from the owner to use a home roaster).
Also keep in mind you will need to source green beans (you will need to buy a full bag weighing about 130 lbs at no less than $ 2.00 per pound).
If you still really want to roast, but the information I have provided you with seems like a headache (which it is), then I HIGHLY recommend that you find a local roaster (they are in almost every state) and have them toll roast for you for a small fee. You don't have to worry about the nasty roasting operation, and you can still roast the coffee to your specifications. However, you still have to have a small business licence.
I don't personally recommend that anyone go into the coffee business right now. The market is fully saturated on-line. You are better off finding a coffee you love (by requesting samples around $ 1.00 each) and purchasing it.

The amount of difference that crap makes is miniscule. Whatever minor set back it may cause is nothing compared to eating unhealthily, and would be easily offset my exercise.
Diet and exercise are key. Pills and shakes make hardly any difference.

You're not missing anything at all. In fact you are doing your body a favor by not drinking all that junk, it's just as bad as pop. Read on.
I have lost fat and have gained better health by following this and the other program I mention in My Profile.
You will get everything you need by eating the following, listed in order of importance:
Raw leafy green veggies (romaine, red and green leaf lettuces, kale spinach, etc)
Solid green veggies - raw, steamed or frozen (asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, peas, peppers, etc)
Non-green, non-starchy (beets, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, etc)
Beans/legumes - cooked, canned or sprouted ( chickpeas, pinto beans, black beans, etc)
Fresh fruits (apples, bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Starchy veggies (white potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, corn, carrots, etc)
Whole grains (barley, millet, oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc)
Raw nuts and seeds (almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, etc)
Do not skip breakfast. Oatmeal with fresh fruit. No sugar or milk. Rice or almond milk is better. Smoothies can be good too, depending on what you put in it.
You don't have to eat eggs, fish or meat for protein. You can still eat them, but a huge salad with some chicken would be better.
Don't count calories or carbs. Diets and pills don't work. Supplements take over and weaken your system.
Drink filtered water. City water may have added chemicals. Can you really trust bottled water?
Pop is one of the worst things you can put in your body. Stay away from sugar, junk food and over processed foods.
Great exercises: walking, biking, swimming.

I would think the only stigma would be that it stunts your growth, which is a false stigma. You'll keep growing. I personally don't like seeing kids with energy drinks because there's no reason a teenager should need more energy. If you're doing to stimulate digestion, there are other ways to do that if you worried about the caffeine. A cup of yogurt in the morning is one of the best.

Chlorogenic acid, the key component of Green Coffee Bean extract, is a powerful natural anitoxidant which combats free radicals in the blood stream. The affect is to slow down the aging process, and improve circulation and muscle tone.
The major anti-oxidant in Green Coffee Bean extract, chlorogenic acid, inhibits the release of the G6P enzyme which has been shown to significantly stabilizes blood sugar levels, so diabetics can definitely benefit from taking this supplement. Diabetics can also benefit greatly from any reduction in weight that may occur from taking Green Coffee Bean extract, as well.
That is only one of the reasons that this research is so exciting. According to studies published in the Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity Journal, Green Coffee Bean extract may just be the first weight reduction product ever that actually delivers on its promises.
Green coffee bean extract is made from the green beans of the coffea Arabica plant.

Not exactly sure. The best way is to steam them very thoroughly. I usually put mine in a medium sized sauce pan and add about 1/2 a cup of water to the bottom, put a lid on and let it steam for about a half an hour, depending on how cold the beans were (frozen, fresh, refrigerated...) just keep an eye on them every once in a while, but not too often other wise it'll take longer because you're letting all the steam out...
