No. Caffeine should be limited to people your age. You do not need it and it can be harmful to your development. If it's the antioxidants you want eat berries (blueberries, raspberries, goji berries etc) and drink green tea.

Good Question to ask but the children of the age of 15 should not take coffee as the coffee contains caffeine which may harm their health .
