I been taking this Green Coffee Bean free trail sample for over 10 days. I seem to wake up tired. I was wondering if this pill could have a reverse effect on my body and instead of energy I'm getting tired. Has this happen to anyone else?

ReplyDeletean just drink regular green tea an coffee
for sure they have benefits an wont hurt you.. unless in huge amounts... 6-8 cups a day
but 4-5 cups a day is ok
Not likely. The caffeine in it is equal to less than a 1/4 cup of coffee. If you're concerned, don't take it later in the day.
ReplyDeleteIt could be the supplement you're using isn't really pure Green Coffee Bean. As it has become popular, sadly many a firm just wants to make a quick buck. Stick to a product that has been independently tested to contain 45% chlorogenic acid. I like the Genesis Today Green Coffee Bean Extract. I've been using it on and off for about a year. It was one of the first out and it has been tested (by Consumerlab.com). It was one of the first out and the company is owned by Dr. Lindsey Duncan, the guy that was on Dr. Oz.
Drink green tea.
ReplyDeletePlease help my green energy project:
I am a university student conducting research about green energy. Please take 5-10 minutes to fill out my survey. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1xThtBsPJTG2XyBh_ZI957BuI6bsKoWd7aUKDdInZWuE/viewform
This could be very helpful to bring attention to the importance of green energy in American households.
Thank you!
I think it is not coming from Green Coffee Bean pill. It boosts your metabolism and forces the body to start consuming fat which results in a quick and natural weight loss. You no longer need to do regular exercise in order to lose weight because Chlorogenic acid assists your body to burn fat. It regulates your blood sugar levels which is beneficial for diabetic patients. Green coffee beans provide lots of energy while burning your body fat.
