Hi DnG, to be on the safe side. I would recommend to avoid using any dietary supplement during nursing or breastfeeding stage. Suggest to wait till nursing period is over then you can start taking green coffee extract.

ReplyDeleteHi I'm currently still nursing and wanted to ask if you felt I should wait til I wean my son off first. Also, I know it says no side effects. I used to be a coffee drinker but stopped after becoming pregnant. Will this give me any heart palpitations or the jitters? I would really like to start shedding the baby weight and right now it's too difficult to get to the gym. I am looking forward to starting this.
