    Dr. Oz recommend this thing, but the company selling the product is a Scam, just take your money and never send the product, there are many complaints in scambook.com you can review, I lost $195.00 and the credit card didn't refund me because I authorize the payment not knowing that is a scam, do not buy this product you will loose your money.

    I would definitely consult with your doctor on this one. Pure green coffee is a natural supplement, but better to be safe than sorry.

    Actually, on the site that I recommend, they have a special offer for multiple bottles of pure green coffee extract. Pill is about the same size as a typical gel cap, so you won't have to worry about your gag reflex, lol.

    I didn't take anything else other than the pure green coffee extract, but I'm sure it would speed things up if you made a conscious effort to eat "clean".

    Green coffee extract worked very well for my cravings. I'm a big idle-eater. So I like to snack while I watch tv or do chores. I found I haven't been doing that as much since I've been taking pure green coffee, so I attribute it to the supplement as much as to my own self-discipline
