How can I lose extra stomach fat in one month?

Question by Girl.: How can I lose extra stomach fat in one month?
It's homecoming season!
Homecoming is coming up and I want to lose the extra little bit of weight on my stomach and sides. Details: I'm not someone who doesn't ever exercise. I'm a soccer player. I probably exercise 5-6 days a week. If you can also help me on how to lose a little bit of the extra thigh weight it would be much appreciated!

Well, there is this thing where you sprinkle it on food and it makes you a little thinner. It's called Sensa. You just sprinkle it on your food. You don't even have to change what you eat.

    If you missed the TV series The Biggest Loser, here 'tis:
    The 'winners' lost hundreds of pounds and appeared on
    Talk Shows to tell about the sweating and work.
    They hired Gym trainers and dietatians to keep on track.
    The trainers probably were paid for 30 to 60 minutes a
    day and the folks said they stayed at the gym for like
    3 to 5 hours more a day. The dietatians controlled the
    carbs and proteins and keep them off of bottled drinks.

    An extra: Bob Harper, the trainer from The Biggest Loser
    has written a book about losing. Called The Skinny Rules.
    The Parade magazine in the 26th (Aug) Sunday paper
    gave him a small nod. He says Breakfast is the most
