I've heard that Green Coffee Beans can help you lose weight! I've already lost 20lb of the 35 I put on while I was pregnant! But I've had a hard time losing the last 15! I'm still breastfeeding and will be for a while yet! I don't want to take anything that could hurt my baby but I would love to lose a few more pounds to get back into my old jeans and feel sexy again!
So let me know if you've heard anything about how safe it is to take Green Coffee supplements while still breastfeeding!
I'm also open to other suggestions of other good ways to lose baby weight! =) I've already been doing a 30 min. workout along with running half a mile a day which has helped me get my tone back at least!

I would not.
I assume they have a lot of caffiene in them.
Caffiene in moderation is ok during breastfeeding, but it does cross into breastmilk and can make baby irritable and uncomfortable.

I agree with the previous poster. Do not take the supplement, or any others.
ReplyDeleteIt is not a good idea to lose more than a pound a week if you are breastfeeding. Eat healthful foods, and exercise daily. Try not to drink calories (ie water is fine). It took you 9 months to put this weight on, so try to be patient.
