I would love to find a diet pill or shake or anything that works! I heard of the Green Coffee Bean from Dr. oz.. but I just do not know what to try next! I would prefer to go to GNC or Vitamin Shoppe to get something not Walmart bc that is where I have gotten the things i have tried... help nothing works! And I do not have more than an hour to work out a day!

From personal experience, push yourself away from the table. Figure out your weakness as far as
food is concerned, and eat smaller portions. There is no magic diet, pill or liquid that works. I am
down about 30 pounds, and I have a long way to go, but keep a record of EVERYTHING you eat,
and weigh yourself only once a day. Walking is good for you, you meet people, and also you can
enjoy nature, no equipment to buy either. Try it.

  2. Hi Sweet chick

I can certainly give you some good ideas to lose weight. The simplest way to lose weight would be to first check your overall diet. Without a clean and proper diet, weight loss will be hard. Why? simply because it is easier to consume a crap load of calories than burn.

So how to get started? You have to start eating more wholesome foods. This means food items that are not processed. The main things in your diet ought to be lean protein such as chicken, fish, egg whites, lean beef, turkey breast, cottage cheese and your carb source needs to be mostly from green veggies such as broccoli and asparagus.

You can get some complex carbs from whole grains such as brown rice and whole wheat pasta but they are loaded with carbs and so I would taper them off on non workout days. This will require some experimentation.

Speaking of workouts, a combination of free weights and cardio 3-4 times a week is optimal for 1/2 hour. I hope that helps. If you're truly serious about weight loss, browse the link below for extra tips on guaranteed weight loss!
