I'm trying to lose weight. I've tried only low-fat foods but they tend too be high in carbs, like cereals and pretzels, which prevents weight loss. I've attempted a low-carb diet, but this necessitated high fat foods like meats and cheese. I've decided to substitute meals for a cup of lightly sweetened Joe, which I did in the past, but never for the entire day. If all I did was drinking coffee all day, what would happen? How fast would I lose weight? What are the long-term effects of caffeine? I've noticed my feet and veins swell lately. Is this because of the weight gain or alleged high blood pressure from too much coffee? How do you see coffee, in terms of drinking times? Please be as euphemistic or as brutal as you see appropriate.

most diets, like you say, don't actually work- the best diet in the world is eating healthily, doing exercise, and drinking lots of water. try to get a balanced diet- its scientifically proven to work and add years to your life. on the other hand, just drinking coffee is one of the worst things that you can do to your body- its basically like just drinking coke, or just eating smarties. just don't do it!
ReplyDeleteI would say that is really a bad approach that you are trying to follow. If you are trying to loose weight there are several other methods to do it effectively. You should not increase your coffee consumption just because you want to loose weight. If you do that there will be other bad symptoms for your health.
ReplyDeleteDrinking coffee all day as a lose weight will give you the proper result. It is even better you take green tea mix with lemon everyday. Also, ensure you eat healthy----fruits, vegetables, beans, berries etc. All these contains minerals and nutrients that your your need and crave for. Okay, ensure you eat healthy and work out your body as well for proper fitness.
