I'm currently taking green coffee extract for weight loss. I am taking 400 mg before breakfast and 400 mg before dinner. I am also writhing out at least 4 days a week and eat a low calorie diet. The scale is not moving however my body is definitely changing. I assume I am building muscle which weighs more than fat. I am going to increase my dose starting today by taking 400 mg before each meal.
