I'm 5'7 and am trying to lose 20 pounds or so. I currently weigh 155 and have been trying to lose weight forever!! I've tried raspberry ketones, Green Coffee Bean pills, and Plexus. (All for at least 2 months each) But nothing works! I eat pretty healthy (a piece of fruit for breakfast, usually a smoothie for lunch, and almost always grilled chicken for dinner) and exercise (walk, run, ride bikes) at least 3-4 times a week. It seems like nothing works and I just need to lose 15-20 pounds (preferably very soon since I'm getting married in May!) Any ideas on how to lose the weight very soon?

DON'T drink smoothies.
You need to exercise for 30 mins every single day and make sure you eat healthu. Have a piece of toast/fruit for breakfast and lunch and for dinner, eat something light.

I know you would like to lose 20 pounds, but try to look at things this way: your wedding is just ONE day, and you're getting married because someone loves you just the way you are. I hope so anyway, otherwise you may want to reconsider!
ReplyDeleteWhy not just eat a healthy diet, be sure to eat enough calories (is it possible you are not eating enough?) and get some movement in for the fun of it. This is probably not an answer you were looking for but I'm afraid if you keep doing what you've been doing, or try another conventional approach, you will be disappointed.
Just have fun planning and preparing for your wedding! Unless you plan to get married again someday, you won't be able to do this again. Worry about weight loss after the wedding.
