I am 16, 5" 1/2', 150 pounds and I want to weigh 125 pounds before summer starts. Right now I am taking the Green Coffee Bean extract pills before I eat and it's helping my appetite. I am also doing 2 miles on the elipticles at the gym almost every day. I would like to get down to a size 7 in jeans and also have a flatter stomach. I want to feel good about myself. Dieting is kinda hard in my house since I'm a kid and my parents buy the food. Does anyone have any good ideas on how I can reach my goal? Please help!
